My Journey:
In 2016, I found myself in a near-empty warehouse with just $2,000 to my name, questioning everything—my dreams, my dignity, and my family’s future. Misaligned teams, a lack of vision, and operational chaos had taken their toll.
But from this low point, I rebuilt. Returning to Haiti after the earthquake, I faced the challenges of a volatile market. Despite setbacks, including a failed World Bank-funded private equity project, I co-founded a private equity firm and scaled a beauty salon chain to five locations with over 100 employees. By implementing clear systems and processes, I delivered over 30% ROI to investors and turned chaos into sustainable growth.
In Fall 2022, my family and I relocated to the U.S., where I became an EOS Implementer and leadership coach. I realized no single framework fully captured the lessons I had learned over the years.
