I’ve been there.

When I started my first business in Haiti, I wore every hat, from CEO to driver, trying to grow. I was overwhelmed, constantly putting out fires and unsure where to focus next. The stress impacted both my business and my family.

With the help of a consultant, I implemented clear systems and scaled my business. I went on to co-found a successful beauty salon and spa chain with my wife.

I later co-founded a private equity firm that invested in eight businesses and delivered a 29% ROI to investors. As CEO, my main focus was helping implement operational and financial systems to grow our investments.

In 2022, I returned to the U.S. and was introduced to EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System), which helps businesses run more effectively. I saw the power of EOS and became an EOS Implementer. Although I absolutely love their systems, I wanted to create a framework that also integrates my financial strategy expertise, focusing not only on operations but on maximizing profitability and long-term growth. That’s why I founded Boost Performers.

I also became certified in Leadership Coaching through iPEC, empowering leaders to overcome mindset barriers that limit their ability to lead with clarity and confidence and grow their business to its full potential:
