With the help of a consultant, I implemented clear systems and scaled my business. I went on to co-found a successful beauty salon and spa chain with my wife.

I also co-founded a private equity firm that invested in eight businesses and delivered a 29% ROI to investors. As CEO, my main focus was helping implement operational and financial systems to grow our investments.

In 2022, I returned to the U.S. and was introduced to EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System), which helps businesses run more effectively. I saw the power of EOS and became an EOS Implementer. I then founded Boost Performers to help small businesses gain control over their operations.

I also became certified in Leadership Coaching through iPEC to help leaders overcome mindset barriers—like imposter syndrome, feeling stuck, or fearing the loss of control—that limit their ability to lead with clarity and confidence.
